At QVC, we’re looking for a dynamic Recruiter to deliver end-to-end sourcing and research support for a wide range of roles. You’ll design and execute strategic sourcing plans, assess top candidates, and build robust talent pipelines that fuel our growth and innovation.Key AccountabilitiesSourcing Strategy DeliveryLead, design, and execute diverse sourcing strategies for both active searches and future talent pipelines. Proactively source passive candidates through networking, professional groups, Boolean searches, and more. Build and maintain strong, diverse candidate pipelines using cutting-edge technology and social media tools. Provide market insights and competitive intelligence to inform hiring decisions. Develop and nurture a broad professional network of top talent. Stay ahead of market trends, sharing knowledge to the Talent Acquisition team. Act as a market expert, delivering regular updates on talent trends, skill gaps, and industry developments. Sourcing Plan Execution (40%)Leverage online recruiting resources—job boards, associations, LinkedIn, ATS, and more—to identify and attract diverse candidates. Craft compelling recruitment messages to engage top talent. Review resumes and interview candidates to ensure the best fit for each role. Manage candidate communications to deliver an outstanding candidate experience. Critical Skills & KnowledgeExpertise in passive candidate attraction, including prospect identification, Boolean search, and competitive intelligence. Outstanding interviewing and active listening skills. Thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities. In-depth industry knowledge and familiarity with key market areas. Proficiency with recruiting websites, ATS, Microsoft Office, and creative sourcing techniques. Ability to build relationships at all levels, prioritize tasks, and manage time-sensitive matters. Strong analytical and critical thinking skills to interpret data and identify trends. Technically savvy, with a knack for leveraging systems and reporting tools. Proven success in delivering innovative sourcing and recruiting solutions. Strong candidate assessment skills and a consultative, customer-focused approach. QualificationsBachelor’s Degree in Business, Human Resources, Psychology, or related field—or equivalent relevant experience. 5+ years of passive candidate sourcing experience, within in-house or RPO environments. Sourcing and/or diversity recruitment certifications are a plus. Experience in candidate sourcing, market mapping, and talent pool management. Skilled in Boolean search, internet research, job board mining, and social networking.
