Join a team where your work makes life a little sweeter every day!We are seeking an experienced, driven, and resourceful Recruiter to join our Human Resources team on a contract-to-permanent basis. This individual will play a key role in attracting, sourcing, and hiring top talent for our hourly production positions, including packers, machine operators, and maintenance technicians.The ideal candidate will be a self-starter who can hit the ground running—someone who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, builds strong relationships with hiring managers, and delivers results through effective recruiting strategies.Recruiter ResponsibilitiesManage the full-cycle recruitment process for hourly manufacturing positions, from requisition through onboarding.Source candidates through multiple channels including job boards, social media, referrals, and local community outreach.Conduct phone screens and in-person interviews, assessing skills, cultural fit, and long-term potential.Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring teams, ensuring a smooth and professional candidate experience.Prepare and extend job offers, coordinating start dates and onboarding logistics.Support HR team initiatives related to engagement, onboarding, and retention. Requirements3+ years of experience in recruiting or talent acquisition; manufacturing or high-volume production hiring experience strongly preferred.Proven ability to manage multiple open roles and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (Paylocity experience a plus) and Microsoft Office Suite.Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
