We're one of the largest & prominent Family Office in Asia, where our family owns & operates the world's largest & diversified manufacturing company globally. As part of our special projects team, we are currently looking for detailed & resourceful Talent Acquisition Specialist where this role demands an exceptional level of discretion, integrity, and cultural alignment, focusing on placing talent that is not only technically proficient but also possesses the work ethic and adaptability required for an intimate and rapidly changing family office environment.Responsibilities: Manage the entire hiring process for specialized SFO roles, from sourcing to onboarding.Proactively recruit for diverse, multi-level positions using confidential sourcing methods.Rigorously screen candidates for absolute discretion, integrity, adaptability, and high EQ (Culture Fit is paramount).Oversee comprehensive background checks and in-depth reference verification for all finalist candidates.Act as the discreet and professional representative of the SFO to the external talent market.Collaborate on structuring competitive and bespoke compensation packages to attract top passive talent.Ensure a professional and seamless candidate experience while maintaining the highest level of privacy in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).Facilitate structured and personalized onboarding to successfully integrate new hires into the small, intimate SFO team.Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.Minimum of 3 years of recruitment experience, with a demonstrated history of placing specialized or senior-level professionals or multi-level diversified sectors. Previous experience working within a Financial Services, or retained Executive Search firm is highly desirable.Capable in showing absolute highest standard of ethics and ability to handle extremely sensitive and confidential family information.Unfortunately only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
