Job Title: RecruiterLocation: Singapore Employment Type: Full-timeAbout the RoleWe are looking for an energetic and results-driven Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team in Singapore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, sourcing top talent, and delivering a great candidate experience while partnering closely with hiring managers to support business growth.This role suits someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building relationships, and has a passion for connecting people with meaningful career opportunities.Key ResponsibilitiesManage end-to-end recruitment processes — including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management.Partner with hiring managers to understand business needs and develop effective sourcing strategies.Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates through proactive sourcing, networking, and market research.Utilize various recruitment channels such as LinkedIn, job portals, social media, and referrals.Conduct initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates’ fit for roles.Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.Maintain accurate recruitment data and reporting within the ATS (Applicant Tracking System).Support employer branding initiatives, including career events and digital campaigns.Collaborate with HR Business Partners and other team members on workforce planning and talent projects.RequirementsBachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.2–5 years of recruitment experience, either in-house or with a recruitment agency.Strong sourcing and networking skills with experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and other platforms.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple roles simultaneously.Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with ATS tools (e.g., Workday, Greenhouse, SuccessFactors, or JobStreet).Passionate about people, recruitment, and delivering excellent candidate experiences.Preferred SkillsExperience recruiting for specific domains (e.g., technology, finance, operations, or commercial roles).Familiarity with recruitment analytics and talent market mapping.Exposure to regional (APAC) recruitment is an advantage.Strong understanding of employer branding and talent marketing.What We OfferCompetitive salary and performance-based incentives.Career growth opportunities within HR and Talent Acquisition.Supportive, collaborative, and inclusive work culture.Regional exposure and continuous learning opportunities.
