We also take our Slack culture very seriously - expect a variety of custom emojis that capture every possible emotion, reaction, and inside jokes.Can't wait to meet you!What you’ll be responsible for:Owning the full recruitment process end-to-end: from understanding hiring needs and briefing with hiring managers through to closing rolesActing as a true partner to the business: defining what an A-player means, how they contribute to the team and business, and ensuring your judgment and assessment are valued in every hiring decisionChampioning our culture throughout the process: setting clear expectations, creating a consistent candidate experience, and driving outcome-focused recruitmentTreating recruiting like a product: measuring funnel performance, experimenting, optimizing, and continuously refining processesSetting a high bar for candidates, interviewers, and yourself by being transparent, focused, and results-drivenAutomating wherever possible to improve efficiency and outcomes for you and the teamContributing to broader HR initiatives, shaping processes from their first iteration through ongoing improvementsCollaborating closely with numerous stakeholders: product leads, engineers, marketers to align HR needs with the company prioritiesYou have:5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, including at least 2 years in a high-growth tech or product-led organizationA proven track record of hiring top performers who made measurable impact on their teamsStrong operational skills: you’ve managed recruitment end-to-end, tracked performance, and continuously improved resultsConfidence working with senior leadership: you’re comfortable challenging ideas, sharing feedback, and influencing decisionsGenuine curiosity about Recruitment and HR: you stay up to date with trends, explore new products, and test innovative tools and practicesThe ability to balance speed with rigor — delivering fast while maintaining exceptional qualityA data-driven mindset combined with strong human judgment: you use metrics to guide decisions, but always keep people firstWe may use artificial intelligence (AI) tools to support parts of the hiring process, such as reviewing applications, analyzing resumes, or assessing responses.
