Turner & Townsend and CBRE work together to provide clients with the premier programme, project and cost management offering in markets around the world.Please visit our website: www.turnerandtownsend.com Job DescriptionNOTE: To comply with the Saudization law in the KSA, Turner and Townsend is looking for young, ambitious and career driven KSA nationals to join our fast-growing business and develop their career.The Recruiter will be responsible for driving all areas of the recruitment function from sourcing until onboarding and working closely with key stakeholders across the KSA business.Typical Duties Will IncludeSourcing and placing top talents across the KSA businessCollaborate with local universities to utilise their support in identifying Saudi talentsHandling end-to-end recruitment cycleManaging screenings, follow-ups, salary negotiations, with building long term relationships with candidatesManage the candidate search process by implementing external sourcing strategies and assessing candidatesAttract Saudi National candidates using various sources, including social media networks (LinkedIn), employee referrals and internal recruitment campaigns.Collaborate with hiring managers on a regular basis and proactively identify future hiring needs.Create and manage a strong candidate pipeline of Saudi NationalsPrepare recruitment materials and post jobs to Turner & Townsend Careers page, LinkedIn, other relevant social media and job boards.Administrating and keeping Applicant Tracking System up to date to ensure for accurate reportingAct as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process.Promote company’s reputation as “great place to work” / market our EVP.QualificationsHolder of a BSc / BA degree.Minimum of 3 years’ experience in recruitment/talent acquisition roles, preferably within construction field.Additional InformationSkills, knowledge and experiencePrevious work experience in Middle East is mandatory.Strong network within the KSA talent ecosystem, including relationships with educational institutions and government entities.Proven experience in Saudisation or nationalisation initiatives within the KSA private or semi government sector.Experience with ATS systems is preferrable.Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter account is preferrable.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Excellent interpersonal skills with good negotiation tactics.Strong analytical skills and attention to detail are required.Demonstrated ability to work independently and multi-task functions using sound judgement.Highest regard for confidentiality.Proficiency with Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and PowerPoint required.Join our social media conversations for more information about Turner & Townsend and our exciting future projects:TwitterInstagramLinkedInIt is strictly against Turner & Townsend policy for candidates to pay any fee in relation to our recruitment process.
