You’ll engage deeply with the market through sourcing, networking, coffee chats, and strategic outreach to create and nurture high-potential pipelines.

What will you do?Drive end-to-end recruitment for experienced hires across RBC Wealth ManagementLead proactive sourcing strategies to identify and engage top Wealth Management talentBuild and maintain high-potential pipelines through regular coffee chats, networking meetings, and attending industry eventsPartner with hiring managers and HRBPs as a strategic talent advisor, providing market insights and consultative guidance on talent acquisition strategiesContribute to projects and initiatives aimed at improving recruitment efficiency, process design, and best hiring practicesChampion exceptional candidate experience and uphold RBC's brand in every interactionCollaborate cross-functionally with internal teams including employer brand, onboarding, operations etc.

What do you need to succeed?3-5 years of progressive recruitment experience, ideally within Wealth Management, Banking & Financial ServicesProven ability to build strategic, proactive pipelines through consistent outreach and networkingStrong business acumen with deep understanding of Wealth Management roles and competitive talent dynamicsWell-networked in the financial services space, with the ability to tap into both active and passive talent poolsExperience with recruitment tools such as Workday, LinkedIn, and PhenomKnowledge of best hiring practicesWhat’s in it for you?We thrive on the challenge to be our best, progressive thinking to keep growing, and working together to deliver trusted advice to help our clients thrive and communities prosper.
