Job DescriptionPrimary functions and essential responsibilitiesCandidate CoordinationSchedule and coordinate all logistics of an onsite, phone, and virtual interview across multiple time zones and locations including complex scheduling and meeting room booking. Develop strong partnerships with Ares’ recruiting and hiring teams, candidates and third-party vendors while maintaining clear and timely communication.Coordinate candidate travel and manage the candidate expense reimbursement process.Meet, greet and guide candidates during onsite interviews, ensuring a positive candidate experience.Collect feedback from interviewers and consolidate it for evaluation and decision making.Proactively identify opportunities to enhance our candidate experience and scheduling efficiency.Identify and implement improvements to the Coordination process, focusing on efficiency, candidate experience and compliance.Assist with the onboarding process of new team members. Provide guidance and support to, including but not limited to process and system overview, review of team material and guides.OnboardingDraft employment agreements and submit them to the legal team for review.Conduct background checks for new hires via Workday and oversee their progress.Collaborate with IT and Corporate Services to keep them updated on new hires.Recruitment ReportingDaily tracking, monitoring and upkeep of candidate progress through the interview stage via Workday and excel based reporting.Prepare functional reports for Hiring Manager calls.Generation of weekly, monthly, quarterly, and ad-hoc reports as required; assistance with analyzing such reports for trends/insights.QualificationsEducation:Bachelor’s Degree required (Any specialization)Experience RequiredMinimum 2 years of work experience as an administrator or coordinator, preferably within RecruitmentPrior experience with Workday preferredGeneral RequirementsStrong attention to detail, highly organized and process-drivenExcellent client service orientation/stakeholder managementDemonstrated ability to be flexible and assist with whatever is neededAbility to maintain confidential information in compliance with HR & Firm policiesExcellent communication skills and a strong team orientationA demonstrated ability to research and leverage available resources to accomplish the task at handA self-starter with excellent multi-tasking capabilitiesReporting RelationshipsThere is no set deadline to apply for this job opportunity.
