In this role, you’ll be the operational backbone of our recruitment function — ensuring every interview is scheduled flawlessly, every candidate has a smooth experience, and our recruiters are fully supported to move fast.This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates or someone early in their career who wants hands-on exposure to high-velocity recruiting operations, fast-paced environments, and end-to-end coordination. You’ll work closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates daily, playing a critical role in helping us scale.What You’ll DoManage end-to-end interview scheduling across multiple time zones for candidates and internal teams.Coordinate candidate communication, ensuring a smooth and timely experience throughout the hiring process.Maintain accurate data and updates in the ATS, candidate tracking sheets, and daily pipelines.Support recruiters with sourcing logistics, follow-ups, and administrative tasks.Prepare and share interview briefs, calendar invites, and documentation for hiring managers.Assist in organizing hiring events, assessments, and onsite interview days.Ensure fast turnaround times by proactively identifying blockers and escalating where needed.Uphold a high-quality candidate experience through responsiveness, clarity, and professionalism.What You’ll Need0–6 months of work experience (internship, part-time, or academic project experience in HR/recruiting is a plus).Strong organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities without dropping details.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.High grit and drive — someone who can handle fast-changing priorities and maintain speed under pressure.Proficiency with Google Workspace (Calendar, Sheets, Docs); familiarity with ATS tools is a plus.A process-oriented mindset with a bias for action and continuous improvement.Ability to work full-time, onsite in our Islamabad office for the full 3-month contract duration.Why Join Edge?Make a tangible impact in transforming healthcare operations.Partner closely with Sales and Marketing to drive measurable business growth.Work flexibility with meaningful, high-visibility work.Competitive compensation, benefits, and career growth opportunities.
