This job offers a chance to innovate, create a people-focused culture, and work in an environment that values creativity, teamwork, and cultural authenticity.Key Responsibilities:- Manage the entire recruitment process to ensure a steady flow of high-quality candidates for different departments.- Work with leadership to create hiring strategies that match the company's growth goals.- Develop and manage an Internship Program to nurture new talent and support career growth.- Form strong partnerships with schools and local communities to strengthen the talent pool.- Lead employer branding through creative campaigns and events.- Ensure a great candidate experience from first contact to onboarding.Qualifications:- At least 5 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, ideally in the hospitality or travel sectors.- Proven track record in employer branding and building partnerships.- Must be fluent in Japanese and English.- Strong understanding of Japan's employment laws and market trends.- A proactive, relationship-focused approach to recruitment.
