This is a manager role with an existing team of coordinators in place already.10+ years experience leading recruiting coordination or operations teams in high-growth tech companies (bonus if across multiple time zones). Deep knowledge of modern recruiting systems (Ashby and other HRIS systems) and a love for building and optimizing them. Exceptional attention to detail. Nothing slips through the cracks on your watch. You’re comfortable in dashboards, love metrics, and use data to drive improvement. You build trust quickly across recruiters, hiring managers, and leadership teams. Thrives in fast-paced, ambiguous environments and brings clarity where there is none. A service-oriented and empowering mindset, embraces chaos, enables quick action and continuously improves recruitment processes. What You’ll DoLead and mentor a team of recruiting coordinators across multiple locations. Build scalable systems for scheduling, candidate communication, and interview logistics. Ensure every candidate has a world-class experience. Create clear processes and documentation so the team can operate at speed and quality as we grow. Own our recruiting stack (Ashby, HRIS, and related tools) and continuously improve how we use them. Partner with People Ops and Engineering to automate workflows, improve data accuracy, and ensure tools integrate seamlessly. Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track pipeline health, recruiter productivity, and candidate experience metrics. Work closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and the people team to remove bottlenecks and make hiring smoother and faster. Establish tight feedback loops between coordination, recruiting, and operations. Create structure and repeatable processes in an environment that’s scaling quickly.
