Recruiting Operations Lead Remote Latin America- (Colombia Preferred)Nearshore Business SolutionsNearshore Business Solutions helps U.S. companies hire and build remote teams across Latin America — from software developers to professional service and sales roles.We’re seeking a Recruiting Operations Lead who combines hands-on recruiting expertise with operational and strategic oversight. This role requires someone who thrives in execution — actively managing searches — while also coordinating workflows, maintaining data accuracy, and driving continuous improvement across the recruiting function.What You’ll DoManage 3–4 active roles, delivering 1–2 placements per month.Oversee the daily rhythm of the recruiting team — ensuring SLAs, standups, and reports are consistently met.Review and QA candidate profiles before client submission to maintain NBS standards.Ensure ATS data accuracy (Manatal) and full visibility across all pipelines.Coordinate scheduling and communication between recruiters, sourcers, and clients.Identify gaps, streamline workflows, and enhance team coordination and delivery strategy.Utilize tools such as Slack, Manatal, Zapier, or n8n to improve efficiency and accountability.What You Bring4+ years of recruiting experience (agency, RPO, or in-house).2+ years managing recruiting operations, coordination, or team leadership.Strong proficiency in ATS tools and recruiting metrics.Excellent English communication; comfortable working with U.S. clients.Proven ability to balance execution and leadership in a fast-paced environment.Why Join UsContribute directly to the growth of one of Latin America’s leading nearshore recruiting firms.Balance recruiting delivery with strategic leadership and process ownership.Work closely with the founder to refine systems, enhance performance, and support expansion.Clear advancement path toward Director of Recruiting Operations.
