Role: Experienced Hire Recruiting SpecialistCareer Level: 9Location: DublinAs a Recruiting Specialist within the Experienced Hire Recruitment team, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process. This role involves close collaboration with the wider recruitment team, hiring managers, HR, and talent planning partners. The ideal candidate will possess:Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.A proactive mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional candidate experiences.The ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders and act as a trusted advisor.A commitment to promoting Inclusion and Diversity in recruitment practices.Key Responsibilities:Manage and oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates and stakeholders.Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, positioning recruitment as a trusted advisor and partner to the Irish business.Provide regular reports and insights to the business to inform decision-making.Guide and mentor team members, ensuring their development across the recruitment lifecycle in alignment with KPIs, SLAs, and key deliverables.Drive innovative sourcing strategies in partnership with the Sourcing Hub, proactively identifying new ways to source quality candidates.Organize and participate in recruiting events across the business to attract top talent.Train and mentor new joiners and team members to ensure consistent performance and growth.Promote a culture of referrals to leverage internal networks for talent acquisition.Ensure all recruitment activities are conducted in a legally compliant and GDPR-aligned manner.Champion Inclusion and Diversity, ensuring these principles remain central to Accenture’s recruitment philosophy.Participate in projects and initiatives within or outside the team, providing support to recruitment management as required.IMPORTANT for internal applicants:Review this application criteria.You must already possess the appropriate visas and/or work permits required to live and work in the country the job is based. Good understanding of the external marketplace/trendsHR degree/qualification
