Our outsourcing unit is looking for a Recruitment Team Manager to lead and manage a team of technology recruitment coordinators. The role includes direct management of a team of coordinators, professional leadership of the recruitment processes, responsibility for meeting goals, guidance and training of new employees, and ongoing monitoring,distribution of workloads, prioritization of jobs, training, induction,responsibility for meeting recruitment goals and meeting performance indicatorsProducing regular monthly reports for managementHands-on recruitment of technology jobsRequirements:At least two years of experience in technology recruitment in outsourcing unitsAt least two years of experience in directly managing a recruitment teamProven experience in proactively identifying candidates via LinkedInExperience in operating reports from a recruitment system and monitoring performance
