About The RoleElliott Scott HR is partnering with a leading Professional Services Firm to hire a Recruitment Advisor (12-month Fixed Term Contract) to join their Talent Acquisition team in Asia. This role will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process for both Associate and Business Team roles across the region, ensuring a seamless and high-quality experience for all stakeholders.This is a fantastic opportunity for a recruitment professional to work in a high-performing team within a dynamic, fast-paced environment. You will play a key role in executing talent acquisition strategies, enhancing candidate experience, and supporting the firm’s broader talent priorities.Summary of the role and key responsibilities:Manage the full recruitment lifecycle across a range of business functions and practice areas, ensuring timely and efficient hiring outcomes.Partner with Hiring Managers, HR Business Partners, and other key stakeholders to define hiring needs, role requirements, and sourcing strategies.Advise on recruitment best practices, assessment methods, and market insights to ensure fair and objective hiring decisions.Coordinate and manage multiple sourcing channels, including internal referrals, direct sourcing, job boards, social media, and recruitment agencies.Support the development and maintenance of candidate talent pools and pipelines to meet current and future hiring needs.Ensure job descriptions and interview processes are inclusive, relevant, and aligned with business requirements.Deliver an outstanding candidate experience throughout the hiring process, from application to onboarding.Collaborate with the wider Talent Acquisition and HR teams across the region to ensure consistency in recruitment approach and to share best practices.Track and report on key recruitment metrics, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.Key skills required:Solid recruitment experience, ideally within professional services, legal, financial services, or similar fast-paced environments.Proven ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously across different business functions and jurisdictions.Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the ability to advise and partner with senior business leaders.Experience in direct sourcing and developing candidate pipelines.Excellent communication, organisation, and time management skills.Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools.A collaborative mindset, with a strong focus on delivering results and improving the candidate and stakeholder experience.Knowledge of inclusive hiring practices and commitment to promoting diversity in recruitment.How to applyIf you are interested in discussing this role further, please apply for the position or contact Sofia Wikho-Ng at swn@elliottscotthr.comJob Code: SWN/66360EA License: C2420074819Registration: R23118041If you require any adjustments, accommodation, or additional support during the recruitment process, please do not hesitate to let us know.
