This role also involves maintaining effective communication with potential candidates and coordinating all recruitment activities to ensure a seamless hiring experience.In addition, the Recruitment and Development Specialist will be responsible for designing, conducting, and evaluating training programs that support the professional development, performance improvement, and career growth of Life Planners within the organization.
