As problem solvers.The OpportunityWe’re expanding into the GCC and looking for entrepreneurial Recruitment & Business Development Partners to represent Gunia Consulting in your region.Operate as an independent partner — build client relationships, run searches end-to-end, and grow your market with full autonomy, backed by a Swiss brand and proven infrastructure.This isn’t a freelance gig. It’s a real partnership for experienced recruiters or business developers who want to build something substantial — without starting from scratch.Your RoleBuild and manage client relationships within your region (GCC)Run end-to-end searches (briefing → sourcing → interviews → offer management)Engage confidently with senior clients and candidatesCreate targeted outreach campaigns and client proposalsContribute to market positioning and business development strategy for your countryCollaborate directly with the founder on regional growth initiativesWhat You BringProven 360° recruitment experience — ideally in Executive or Professional SearchOr: strong Sales / Business Development experience with exposure to talent or consulting servicesEstablished network and market understanding in one of our focus regions (GCC)Fluent in English (Arabic or other regional language a plus)Commercial drive and entrepreneurial mindset — high accountability, low egoStructured, reliable, and motivated to build something long-termWhat We OfferTrue partnership model: strong revenue share under a clear framework (discussed individually)Swiss credibility: a trusted European brand with a reputation for precision and deliveryInfrastructure & tools: ATS, sourcing stack, invoicing, and templates providedDirect collaboration with the founder: lean setup, fast decisions, no bureaucracyAutonomy & flexibility: full independence — results matter more than hours or locationLong-term growth: potential to build and lead a regional practiceImportantThis is a partnership-based model, not a salaried role.You’ll work independently, share in the revenue you generate, and operate under the Gunia Consulting brand as part of a small, trusted network.How to ApplySend your CV and a short 2-minute video to timo@guniaconsulting.com, explaining:Your focus market (GCC)A recent search or client success you’re proud ofHow you would build your first pipeline within 30–60 days
