As a Talent Associate, you are responsible for identifying, interviewing and presenting qualified candidates for our client’s open roles.Primary Responsibilities:Utilise internal database and external sourcing methods to identify potential candidatesDevelop creative recruiting tactics to attract top talent and build a network of relevant industry professionalsIdentify and attend industry events, career fairs and professional associations to network with potential candidatesScreen candidates to ensure their qualifications meet the position requirementsConduct professional interviews, reference checks, and required skills testingPrepare CV and candidate submittal package for client reviewCoach candidates through the client interview process, providing feedback along the wayBuild and maintain relationships with talent through regular touchpointsManage and supervise current engaged consultantsRequirements:Bachelor’s degree preferredCustomer or sales-focused experienceExperience collaborating in a team-oriented and target driven environment
