About the CompanyA long-established UK recruitment firm with over 50 years in the industry, this agency is a trusted supplier of white-collar talent to major UK infrastructure projects — spanning highways, rail, airports, defense, transmission, nuclear, and renewables.They’re now expanding their white-collar division, creating space for driven consultants to take ownership of their own desks, shape growth, and play a key role in building the South African team.What’s on Offer💰 Salary: R30,000 – R40,000 per month (depending on experience)🎯 Commission: Highly competitive, paid on billings once desk costs are covered⚙️ Support: Full access to LinkedIn Recruiter, UK job boards, CRM system, and compliance/admin support from the UKThe RoleYou’ll run a full 360 recruitment desk, driving both business development and delivery for UK-based infrastructure and engineering clients — all from South Africa.This is a chance to own your market, build relationships with leading UK contractors and design firms, and deliver high-quality placements on some of the UK’s biggest infrastructure projects.Key ResponsibilitiesManage the full recruitment lifecycle: business development, client engagement, candidate sourcing, interviewing, placement, and complianceBuild relationships with UK-based clients — from project directors to engineering managersSource and place roles such as:Site Engineers, Section Engineers, and Site AgentsCivil, Mechanical & Electrical Design EngineersProject Managers, Project Controls Managers, Planners, and Quantity SurveyorsDeliver on live roles while building a personal pipeline — target R500,000+ gross margin per month (~£20k GM)Leverage advanced tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, CRM, UK job boards) to source top talentMaintain strong compliance and documentation across all placementsWhat You’ll NeedMinimum 5 years of 360 recruitment experience, ideally in engineering, infrastructure, or constructionProven billing record with the ability to ramp up quickly to R500,000+ GM per monthUK market experience preferred, but top-performing SA 360 recruiters will also be consideredStrong business development skills and the ability to independently grow a deskExcellent communication, professionalism, and attention to detailSelf-motivated, commercially driven, and outcome-focusedWhy JoinAccess to a warm database, mapped market insights, and live vacancies from day oneFull compliance and contract admin support from a UK-based back officeDirect mentorship from senior leadership and the opportunity to influence the growth of the South African white-collar teamHigh earning potential and long-term career development within a fast-scaling UK recruitment brand
