Proficiency in other foreign languages, such as Polish, German, or Spanish, will be an additional advantage.Main responsibilities:Developing Job Descriptions, necessary promotional materials, and a search strategy according to the position's criteriaCommunicating with the agency's Partners regarding the submitted employee selection request and building the recruitment processAnalyzing the labor market and proactive candidate sourcing using various search strategies (Boolean, X-Ray, LinkedIn Search, internal CV database, job boards, social networks, etc.), with a special preference for direct sourcing of specialistsInitial resume screening, initiating direct communication with candidates, and conducting introductory online interviews via Google Meet / MS Teams and other servicesPreparing an expert notes on the candidate's work experience following the introductory interview, with a subsequent presentation of the candidate to the agency's PartnerPlanning joint interviews between the sourced candidate and the Partner and moderating the meeting (if necessary)Participating in the successful closing of the vacancy (engaging in negotiations between parties, agreeing on the candidate's employment terms, presenting the Job Offer to the candidate, handling counteroffers (if necessary))Maintaining an internal candidate database and managing recruitment project processes in a specialized ATS (Manatal)Maintaining communication with potential candidatesParticipating in the creation and support of the agency's brand (maintaining a personal LinkedIn profile, providing advisory participation in the preparation of the agency's promotional materials)Maintaining reports on the progress of the recruitment project and analyzing the recruitment funnelQualifications and professional experience:At least 1 year of experience as a recruiterExperience in filling technical positionsAbility to use modern sourcing techniques and LinkedIn Premium RecruiterAbility to independently build a candidate search strategy for various types of vacanciesExperience in attracting specialists in European countries (will be an advantage)Language skills: English – B2+ level with practical experience in negotiationsKnowledge of additional languages will be a significant advantage (Polish, German, Spanish, and others)Soft Skills:Negotiation skills and the ability to build business relationships with candidatesA systematic approach to work, independence, and a focus on resultsAbility to work in a multitasking environmentGeneral verbal and written literacyWe offer:A competitive salary (pegged to EUR) (Base monthly rate + Bonus part)Work schedule: Mon-Fri 09:00-18:00 (Kyiv time) with a fully remote workCooperation format: B2B agreement with a company registered in the EUAccess to paid search tools (LinkedIn Premium Recruiter and others)Systematic business processes, a clear work structure, use of modern software, and convenient ATS systemsAn additional marketing budget for attracting relevant candidatesWork with interesting international projects in a unique industryThe opportunity for further professional growth with a clear career pathIf you are interested in learning more details about the position, please send your CV via Ln application form or to the office@hrenergy.org with the subject line "Recruitment Consultant" and we will provide you with more detailed information about the role.
