Not only will you be able to walk into a well established desk, but you will also have the support, mentorship and leadership of a seasoned recruiter to help you grow.Servicing our Brisbane clients, in this 360-consultant role you will:Source, screen and interview suitable candidates for lawyer roles (from graduates to Partners).Meet with clients to build relationships and secure job briefs;Organise interviews and prepare candidates for interview;Create talent and client pipelines to grow future job opportunities and clients;Update and maintain client and candidate database records; andMaintaining relationships with placed candidates and clients to provide follow-up and post placement care.About YouWe’re seeking a recruitment consultant with at least 12 months’ experience in professional services recruitment (or, for those without experience, someone coming from a legal background).
