This role involves managing end-to-end hiring processes, fostering lasting client relationships, and ensuring the highest level of service delivery. You’ll work closely with clients and candidates to provide strategic guidance and deliver impactful hiring outcomes.Key ResponsibilitiesBuild and nurture strong, long-term relationships with clients.Source, assess, and interview candidates, aligning their skills with appropriate opportunities.Manage the full recruitment lifecycle to ensure a seamless and efficient process for all stakeholders.Provide market insights and strategic hiring advice to clients.Consistently meet or exceed recruitment targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).Qualifications & RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.1–3 years of experience in external recruitment or a related field.Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.Self-motivated with a collaborative mindset and strong team spirit.Proficient in recruitment platforms, ATS systems, and Boolean search techniques.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.Prior experience recruiting in the tech sector is highly preferred.
