Recruitment Consultant with experience working within the Engineering Sector.Rize Deutschland's London office is looking to hire experienced Recruitment Consultants with proven experience supporting leading technology companies based in Europe.Suitable candidates will be responsible for sourcing, engaging, and placing top engineering talent across a variety of sectors including mechanical, electrical, civil, and industrial engineering. Your role will also include building long-term client relationships and contributing to business development initiatives.Key Responsibilities:Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for engineering roles in Germany, from job intake to offer negotiation.Partner with clients to understand their technical hiring needs and develop effective talent strategies.Write compelling job advertisements and manage postings on multiple channels.Conduct candidate interviews and assessments, ensuring technical and cultural fit.Provide guidance to clients and candidates on market trends, salaries, and hiring strategies.Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and CRM.Actively contribute to the growth of the engineering recruitment desk through business development and client acquisition.Requirements:Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant or Talent Acquisition Specialist in the engineering sector.Strong understanding of engineering roles and terminology (e.g. mechanical, electrical, automotive, industrial).Demonstrated ability to build and manage client relationships.Results-driven mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Experience using recruitment tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS platforms.Preferred Qualifications:Experience recruiting for mid to senior-level engineering roles.What We Offer:Competitive base salary + performance-based commission.Supportive and collaborative team environment.Flexible working hours and remote work options.Opportunities for career growth and professional development.Access to modern recruitment tools and marketing support.
