Recruitment Consultant (R2R - global search for the talent industry)Base £25,000 - £42,000 (depending on experience)No threshold commissionHybrid working Or RemoteAs part of our continued growth, we are looking to hire an experienced perm Recruiter.What do we do?We are a search firm that places Recruiters and Talent Partners worldwide.We work with contingency agencies in London, through to Tech Start-ups in Silicon Valley. We cover the following sectors: Technology, Professional Services, and Life Sciences. You'll walk into warm relationships on an international basis. Your role will be to build a client universe, identifying "best in class" recruitment businesses with a strong "value proposition" for potential candidates.You'll be a natural at networking and have a proven record of working with and developing a candidate-driven niche market.This is a fantastic mandate for the right person with vision and a defined end goal to come in and build something special.In return, we'll support you with all the tools you need, such as a LinkedIn Recruiter licence, JuiceBox, Colleague CRM, Video outreach, and AI.I'm happy to put together an attractive package, including strong basic, industry-leading commission, and realisable equity for the right person.You'll beA self-starter from a 360 recruitment background. Ideally covering one of our core sectors (technology, professional services or life sciences).Have a proven track record in building a desk focused on a niche market. Have proven and consistent billings.An expert in sourcing passive talent using tools like LinkedIn Recruiter.Excellent written communication skills.Someone who can spot buying signs and proactively move recruitment processes forward.
