Recruitment Consultant

We are seeking ambitious and driven 360 Recruitment Consultants to join our growing team in Dubai. You will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from business development and client acquisition through to candidate sourcing, placement, and account management.Key Sectors:We are particularly interested in consultants with experience in one or more of the following industries:Energy Construction FinanceHealthcareLife SciencesInformation Technology (IT)Key Responsibilities:Manage the full 360 recruitment process, including business development, client relationship management, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and offer negotiation.Build and maintain long-term partnerships with clients across your specialist market.Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies using job boards, networking, and direct headhunting.Achieve and exceed individual and team KPIs related to revenue and placements.Stay updated on market trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor activity within your vertical.Attend industry conferences, networking events, and client meetings both locally and internationally.Be willing to travel regularly to meet clients and candidates, representing the business with professionalism and enthusiasm.Requirements:Proven experience as a 360 Recruitment Consultant or similar role within an agency setting.Strong market knowledge and network in at least one of the following sectors: energy, construction, finance, healthcare, life sciences, or IT.Track record of meeting or exceeding billing targets.Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.Self-motivated, resilient, and results-driven.Based in or willing to relocate to Dubai, UAE.What We Offer:Competitive base salary plus uncapped commission structure.Visa sponsorship and relocation assistance (if applicable).Modern office environment in the heart of Dubai.Comprehensive training, development, and progression opportunities.A collaborative, high-performance culture with clear career growth paths.
