We are looking for a RECRUITMENT COORDINATOR to drive ALMACO's recruitment projects across Europe.This is a part-time position (10-25 hours/week) with a hybrid work model. The work will start at ALMACO's Turku (Piispanristi) office for onboarding. Following the onboarding period, you'll have the flexibility to work remotely from any location in Finland. Occasionally, you may be needed at the office for meetings or collaboration days.The role is offered through Manpower on a 12-month staffing contract.Key Responsibilities:Partner with hiring managers to design job profiles and recruitment plansCreate compelling job advertisements and post them on Teamtailor, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms, targeting appropriate audiences as per the recruitment planLiaise with external recruitment partners in line with the agreed recruitment strategyPrescreen candidates and conduct pre-interviews to assess motivation and communication skillsDrive recruitment projects, ensuring smooth processes and excellent candidate experienceTrain managers on Teamtailor and continuously improve recruitment workflowsWhat We're Looking For:University degree or advanced studies in HR, business, or marketing - or equivalent experienceStrong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projectsExcellent English communication skills (written and spoken); French is an advantageProactive, collaborative, and confident in stakeholder communicationFamiliarity with recruitment platforms (Teamtailor, LinkedIn Recruiter) is a big plusPositive attitude and flexibilityWhy ALMACO?At ALMACO, you will have the opportunity to make a real impact on how we attract and hire talent across Europe.
