We are looking for an ambitious Recruitment Coordinator to join our growing team remotely from the Philippines.WHAT YOU’ll DO:Candidate Management: Coordinate interviews by phone, virtual, and onsite formats. Manage calendars and ensure a smooth, positive candidate experience.Hiring Team Coordination: Partner with recruiters and clients to align on requirements, timelines, and interview logistics.Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future client needs.Database Management: Maintain and update the ATS with accurate candidate information. Post job ads and manage recruitment documentation.Employer Branding and Communication: Support employer branding initiatives, including content creation, social posts, and event logistics.Collaborate and Grow: Work closely with our Directors and Recruiters in the Philippines & US to support team success.MUST HAVES:Willing to work US hours with reliable availability during the full shift.Background in recruitment, either in-house or agency. Experience in semiconductor or technical hiring is a plus but not required.Strong communication skills.
