You will support the recruitment team in all matters concerning the daily administrative tasks as well as working together with the Recruitment Business Partners and Management on projects and process improvement. This role reports to the Vice President (VP) of Recruitment and you will frequently engage with key stakeholders such HR, Marketing, Operations and occasionally with external client for specific recruiting matters. As part of this journey, you will support both Starion Group and Nexova Group, two sister companies that are managed centrally under one leadership and corporate service team.Tasks and activitiesThe scope of work will include:Being the central interface and coordinator within the recruitment team, ensuring process compliance and being the general keeper of information. Responsible for posting the jobs online (where applicable) and the overall upkeep of the Career page on both websites (Nexova and Starion). This includes coordination with the Marketing department on the content and layouts.First point of contact for interview scheduling, this includes coordinating with both hiring managers and candidates to find suitable timeslots. Starting the interviews or receiving candidates in the office where necessary. Responsible for managing the documentation on SharePoint. Preparation and sending of a weekly career’s newsletter.Management of the emails from the career’s inbox, including responding and taking the necessary actions /follow-ups to emails received. Supporting the team when needed with candidate paperwork such as CV formatting, preparation of offer letters etc.Skills and experienceThe following skills and experience are mandatory:Process oriented and highly organised.High attention to detail and ability to be precise.Positive attitude and solution oriented.Good knowledge of Microsoft tools, at least Word and Excel as a minimum. Fluent in English – with the ability to speak and write at a business level.
