Key Responsibilities:1. Manage the full recruitment cycle for all clinical and non-clinical positions.2. Collaborate with department heads to forecast staffing needs and prepare JDs.3. Source candidates through online platforms, referrals, and international agencies.4. Conduct screening, schedule interviews, and coordinate selection panels.5. Handle offer management, documentation, and onboarding formalities.6. Maintain accurate recruitment dashboards, reports, and KPIs.7. Ensure compliance with Oman Ministry of Health (MOH), labor laws, and internal policies.Requirements:✅ Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field.✅ Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in recruitment within the healthcare industry (hospital or medical center experience preferred).✅ Strong understanding of medical licensing, MOH/Prometric processes, and visa documentation.✅ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.✅ Tech-savvy and experienced in MS Office and HR systems.
