ISCN also collects, organizes and analyses information on these trends and overseas nuclear human resource developments, providing and transmitting relevant findings to the appropriate authorities.Currently, ISCN is primarily conducting policy research on the impact of the Russian invasion of Ukraine on nuclear non-proliferation and nuclear security and related countermeasures. D.
