Assist in preparing interview questions and candidate profiles..Post job openings on job boards, social media platforms, and the company's website.Participate in candidate interviews (if applicable), and take notes for follow-up discussions.Help maintain an up-to-date candidate database, track candidate progress, and assist with other HR-related administrative tasks.Conduct market research on talent trends, compensation benchmarks, and hiring best practices.Assist with the onboarding process, ensuring new hires have a smooth transition into the organization.RequirementsCurrent enrollment in a Bachelor's degree program (HR, Business, Psychology, or a related field)Familiar with ATS, LinkedIn and other job boards is a plus.Strong communication skills, both verbal and writtenAttention to detail and strong organizational skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a team
