📍 Location: Bangkok, Thailand (Sukhumvit 49, near BTS Thong Lo)🕒 Employment Type: Full-timeAre you enthusiastic about connecting people with meaningful career opportunities?Join our growing team and help link hospitality professionals with leading F&B brands across Thailand.About the RoleAs a Recruitment & Job Matching Specialist, you will support the full recruitment cycle — from identifying promising candidates to ensuring successful placements that align with their skills and career goals.Key Responsibilities:Source and identify potential candidates through databases, social media, referrals, and recruitment platforms.Screen applicants to ensure alignment with job requirements and company standards.Match candidates to suitable roles based on skills, experience, and cultural fit.Coordinate interview schedules and communication between candidates and hiring partners.Support candidates through the offer and onboarding process.Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of recruitment activities in CRM systems.Assist in organizing career support sessions and interview coaching.Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient job-matching operations and achieve placement goals.Represent the company at job fairs, networking events, or community initiatives to strengthen employer branding.Qualifications & SkillsBachelor’s degree in any field (Hospitality, Human Resources, or Business preferred)Proficiency in both Thai and EnglishStrong communication and interpersonal skillsWell-organized, detail-oriented, and results-focusedTech-savvy and comfortable with tools such as Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, or CRM systemsAdaptable and proactive, able to thrive in a fast-paced work environmentPrior experience in recruitment or talent acquisition is a plus (training will be provided)What We Offer✨ Practical experience in talent acquisition and the hospitality industry🌏 Opportunities for professional growth in a rapidly expanding company🤝 Exposure to international hospitality standards and partnerships💡 Supportive and collaborative team culture that values learning and innovation
