Job Purpose: The Recruitment Lead is responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle and ensuring that the company attracts, hires, and retains the best talent aligned with business needs. This role leads recruitment planning, partners with department heads/store managers, and ensures smooth onboarding while maintaining a strong employer brand in the retail market. Key Responsibilities: Recruitment & Talent Acquisition Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates for store, warehouse, corporate, and managerial roles.Manage the end-to-end recruitment process: job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offering, and onboarding.Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline through headhunting, referrals, job boards, LinkedIn, and recruitment events.Conduct competency-based interviews and coordinate panel interviews.Collaborate with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and job requirements. Stakeholder & Vendor ManagementWork closely with other department managers like Operations, Supply Chain, and Finance to align recruitment with business growth.Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies and service providers.Ensure timely and professional communication with all internal stakeholders and candidates. Onboarding & Employee Experience Supervise the onboarding process ensuring smooth joining and transition for new hires.Coordinate offer letters, joining formalities, and required documentation.Ensure new employees receive proper orientation and integration into the company culture. Reporting & Compliance Maintain recruitment dashboards and provide weekly/monthly hiring status reports.Ensure all hiring activities comply with Saudi labor laws and Saudization requirements.Track and manage hiring costs, recruitment KPIs, and time-to-fill targets. Employer Branding Support employer branding initiatives to position the company as an employer of choice. Qualifications & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.5–8 years of experience in recruitment, preferably within retail, FMCG, or hospitality.Familiar with Saudi labor laws and Saudization requirements.Strong sourcing and headhunting capabilities.
