This role is responsible for identifying staffing needs, sourcing and screening candidates, managing recruitment teams, developing growth strategies, ensuring compliance with employment laws, tracking performance, and delivering high-quality service.Core ResponsibilitiesEnsure prompt, professional response to candidate, employee, and client inquiriesOversee timely and accurate employee time entries, payroll submissions, and compliance with labor lawsManage drug screens, background checks, and other compliance requirementsDrive results aligned with company goals and maintain high-quality service deliveryEmployee Management and RecruitmentLead and supervise branch staff, ensuring compliance with policies and safety protocolsConduct daily meetings and oversee branch operationsAddress staff concerns, coach team members, and enforce accountabilityLead full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding candidatesEnsure flawless execution of applicant tracking, onboarding, and client profile managementDrive branch performance to achieve full-time employment profitability goalsQualificationsBachelor’s degree preferred (HR, Business, Marketing) or 3+ years combined leadership, management, and/or recruiting experience2+ years prior supervision experience with hands-on managementExcellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skillsStrong multi-tasking, attention-to-detail, and organizational abilitiesProficiency in Microsoft Office and recruitment software; familiarity with AI platforms a plusAbility to travel for client check-ins, career fairs, and other eventsPHR or SPHR certification, preferablyPMP or Six Sigma certification a plus, preferablyBilingual Requirement:Candidates must be fluent in both Spanish and English.
