The organization is committed to innovation, efficiency, and customer-centric service, supporting both e-commerce and enterprise clients with a strong digital backbone and nationwide operational coverage.As the company expands rapidly, it is seeking a Recruitment Manager to drive its people strategy - balancing immediate recruitment needs with long-term talent development objectives. This role will be 70% recruitment and 30% Talent Management. Responsibilities:Lead end-to-end recruitment for mid- to senior-level and critical positions, ensuring alignment with business growth and workforce planning.Partner closely with department heads to understand hiring needs and craft effective recruitment strategies tailored to each function.Source, screen, and engage top-tier candidates through multiple channels, including headhunting, social media, job platforms, and employee referrals.Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from interview coordination and candidate assessment to offer negotiation and onboarding.Maintain and update a talent pipeline, conducting market mapping and competitor benchmarking to anticipate future talent needs.Track recruitment metrics, analyze data and continuously improve hiring efficiency and candidate experience.Collaborate with HR leaders to design and implement talent development initiatives, including training, performance management, career progression, and succession planning.Contribute to building a strong employer brand and a culture that attracts, engages, and retains top talent. Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.Minimum 5 years of recruitment experience, including 1–2 years in talent development or management.Strong understanding of talent management frameworks — including performance evaluation, training design, career pathing, and succession planning.Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and project management skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across departments.Agile, resourceful, and passionate about building teams in a high-growth environment.This is an opportunity to play a key role in shaping the talent landscape of a leading logistics innovator at a pivotal stage of expansion.
