You might just be the one we are looking for in our recruitment marketing team that is striving to always go above and beyond to attract the best talent.Join us as a Recruitment Marketing Specialist!Your main responsibilities would be:Talent Acquisition Strategy and Implementation - you would be part of our Talent Acquisition team working as a team on strategy implementation and optimizing job posting strategiesRecruitment Marketing and Branding - develop and implement marketing campaigns and manage and promote Transcom's presence on social mediaCandidate Attraction Initiatives and Materials - use of specific programs and creation of content used to source candidatesMarket Research and Analysis - staying informed about external factors and identifying new opportunities for recruitment (research market trends, competitor landscape, and potential partnerships to recommend new ways to attract candidates)Performance Measurement and Budget Management - measure, analyze, and report on campaign and source effectiveness, make data driven recommendations and monitor and control the monthly recruitment advertising budgetWhat’s in it for YOU?Hybrid model of workingWork contractWorking hours are 09-17h (weekends off)Semiannual bonusesPrivate health insuranceOpportunity to be creative and explore different strategiesSupportive and friendly teamPersonal and professional development and career opportunitiesAccess to internal learning and wellness platformsWhat are we looking for?Knowledge of English language (C1/C2)Excellent communication skills, both written and verbalAt least 1 year of work experience in marketingPrevious experience in professional work with Canva, Facebook, Instagram and LinkedinAttention to detail and the ability to identify patterns and trendsGood knowledge of market and social media trendsAbility to work from our office in BelgradeWhat life at Transcom is like!At Transcom, we’re relentlessly committed.
