Job Description – Recruitment Officer SourcingLocation: Dhahran, Saudi ArabiaDepartment: Human Resources / Talent AcquisitionReports To: Recruitment ManagerJob PurposeThe Recruitment Officer will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and delivering qualified candidates to meet client requirements under the Supplemental Manpower Program (SMP). The role requires strong market knowledge, candidate engagement, and the ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously while ensuring timely delivery to clients such as Saudi Aramco, SABIC, SEC, Ma’aden, and other leading organizations.Key ResponsibilitiesSource CVs from various platforms (job portals, LinkedIn, databases, referrals, and social media).Review and screen CVs to ensure alignment with client requirements and job specifications.Maintain a structured candidate tracker with details of submissions, feedback, and hiring status.Coordinate with clients to clarify requisitions, job descriptions, and selection criteria.Prepare and submit shortlisted CVs in the approved client format and within deadlines.Support candidates throughout the recruitment cycle, including interview scheduling and document collection.Ensure compliance with SMP hiring standards and internal company policies.Maintain close communication with internal departments (HR, Mobilization, Onboarding) to ensure smooth candidate transition.Build and maintain a talent pool for recurring and urgent SMP requirements.Qualifications & ExperienceBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, HR, or related field.Minimum 2–4 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in SMP / oil & gas / contracting sector.Strong experience in CV sourcing, database management, and candidate screening.Knowledge of recruitment processes for Saudi Aramco SMP and other major clients (advantageous).Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and applicant tracking systems.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (English required, Arabic is a plus).Key SkillsStrong sourcing techniques (Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals).Ability to manage high-volume requisitions under tight deadlines.Detail-oriented with strong organizational and documentation skills.Negotiation and candidate relationship management.Team player with proactive problem-solving abilities.Other RequirementsMust be based in Saudi Arabia (Eastern Province preferred).Familiarity with SMP contracts and client submission portals is an advantage.Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
