Recruitment Officer(Blue Collar Operations)

Job Description

Job Duties:Manage end-to-end recruitment for blue-collar and operational positions.Coordinate with internal departments to understand manpower needs.Source candidates through job portals, social media, agencies, and other channels.Conduct preliminary interviews and shortlist suitable candidates.Organize trade tests, interviews, and selection campaigns.Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment records.Ensure timely onboarding and documentation of selected employees.Build strong relationships with technical colleges, training institutes, and local agencies to create candidate pipelines.Support HR and operations teams in workforce planning and deployment.Requirements:Diploma or Degree in HRM, Business Management, or a related field.Minimum 3–4 years of experience in recruitment (preferably blue-collar/manpower operations).Excellent communication and coordination skills.Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.Proficiency in MS Office and social media recruitment tools.Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
