What You’ll Be Doing: In this varied role, you’ll:Conduct end to end recruitment activities across allocated administration & asset-based roles within the businessSource and attract candidates using databases, fairs and expos, print and online media platformsCoordinate booking of appointments for candidates such as interviews and medicals as requiredDelivering an outstanding candidate experience at every touch point of the candidate journeyContinually review and develop new recruitment strategies to fill vacancies as quickly as possiblePerform ad-hoc tasks and other duties as directedWhat You’ll Bring: ✅ Tertiary qualification in Human Resources, extensive relevant professional experience, or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training.✅ Source and attract candidates using databases, fairs and expos, print and online media platforms✅ Excellent communication skills and the ability to build and maintain successful relationships✅ Strong attention to detail, organisational and time-management skill✅ Demonstrated ability to use initiative and maintain a high degree of confidentiality when dealing with complex matters.✅ Must be an Australian Citizen, Permanent Resident or have working rights in AustraliaWhat We Offer You: At Busways, we don’t just transport people – we care about every part of the journey.
