The ideal candidate will have a strong background in garment manufacturing recruitment and a genuine interest in identifying, attracting, and onboarding the right talent to support our growing operations.Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement recruitment strategies.Manage the full recruitment process.Collaborate with department managers on hiring needs.Source candidates through various channels.Conduct initial interviews and assess candidates.Coordinate and schedule interviews.Maintain recruitment records and talent pipeline.Qualifications & Experience:Professional Qualification in HR, Business, or related field.Proven recruitment experience, preferably in the garment industry.Strong communication and organizational skills.Proficient in recruitment software.
