Job Description:Expanding recruitment sources and increasing the pool of potential candidates.Proactively identifying candidates and leading recruitment campaigns.Ongoing work on social media, including uploading content to Facebook, Instagram and TikTok.Creating proactive strategic collaborations - placement companies, employment bureaus, job portals, job fairs, recruitment conferences and more.Creating viral content, including with AI tools, managing and distributing it through social media channels.Motivating employees to collaborate in the worlds of ""Friend brings friend"".Responsible for monitoring and measuring the effectiveness of recruitment sources.Working under targets.At least two years of experience working actively in social media – requiredThree years of experience as a recruitment / placement / sourcing coordinator – requiredExperience working with AI tools for content creation – a significant advantageMarketing orientation, thinking outside the box and excellent interpersonal skills – required"
