You’ll focus on finding world-class Infrastructure, Cloud, Platform, and SRE engineers, building deep pipelines of technical talent, and partnering with recruiters and hiring managers to bring the next generation of builders to Revolut.If you’re obsessed with search precision, talent mapping, and finding needles in digital haystacks — this is your stage.What You'll Be DoingDesigning and executing targeted sourcing strategies for Infrastructure, SRE, Platform, Cloud, and Security rolesBuilding talent pipelines across multiple markets (EMEA, APAC, UAE)Finding and engaging passive candidates through advanced Boolean, market mapping, and creative sourcing tacticsPartnering with recruiters and hiring managers to define ideal profiles and improve sourcing efficiencyLeveraging analytics and data to track conversion rates and improve sourcing effectivenessManaging and nurturing talent pools through our ATS and CRM toolsActing as a market expert, sharing insights on compensation, competitors, and emerging tech trendsConsistently ensuring a top-tier candidate experienceWhat You'll Need3+ years of experience as a Technical Sourcer, with proven success sourcing Infrastructure / Cloud / DevOps / SRE / Platform / Security talentExperience sourcing senior IC and manager-level engineers globallyDeep understanding of infrastructure technologies (AWS, GCP, Kubernetes, Terraform, CI/CD, observability, networking, etc.)Agency or relevant in-house experience in sourcing top-of-the-market talent in financial services or tech firmsA deep understanding of the financial sector hiring landscape and complexity of global talent marketsThe ability to communicate effectively and concisely with candidates at the beginning of the recruitment processA results-driven approach with proven experience sourcing top talent at scaleThe ability to set priorities and act facing competing demandsLove for problem-solving and working with data to make strategic and tactical decisionsBuilding a global financial super app isn’t enough.
