Recruitment & Sourcing Manager

Join our fast-growing talent team based in a landmark location beside the Atomium. You will source, engage and place senior IT professionals focused on strategy, enterprise architecture, IT governance, risk & compliance, and transformation programs across Belgium. You’ll work with executive stakeholders, hiring managers and practices that value strategic thinking, long-term relationships, and high-impact hires.Key responsibilitiesLead end-to-end searches for senior IT strategy, project & program management enterprise architecture, IT governance and risk roles across long-term and short-term mandates.Build and maintain a pipeline of passive, high-calibre candidates using talent mapping with our new in-house developed software.Advise freelance candidates on market positioning, compensation benchmarks and selection criteria.Manage candidate experience and employer branding via LinkedIn and job fairs.Track market intelligence, emerging skills (cloud, data, NIS2, AI governance) and translate insights into search strategies.Could you be the one? This is what we’re looking for:Proven IT recruitment and sourcing experience: 3+ years recruiting senior/strategic IT or technology leadership roles; strong track record of placements.Ability to think critically and outside the box to propose the right consultant to the right client: your motto is quality and not quantity.Sector knowledge: familiarity with IT strategy and governance, including upcoming opportunities and risks.Sourcing and stakeholder skills: expert in passive sourcing, mapping and fostering confidence with prospective candidates.Having a good (structured) conversation with prospective candidates over the phone is what motivates you; we are looking for our colleague to have a solid knowledge of French, Dutch and English.
