Recruitment Specialist

AKSA, a company of Akkök Holding, was founded in 1968 in Yalova. Becoming the world’s largest producer of acrylic fiber over the years, Aksa today serves approximately 300 customers in over 50 countries across 5 continents. Having a production capacity of 350.000 tons of acrylic fiber per year, Aksa supplies raw materials for textiles and technical textiles in many diverse areas.We are looking for a Recruitment Specialist to be assigned to the recruitment team in our Human Resources Department.Qualities We Are Looking For;• Graduates of relevant university undergraduate programs,• At least 3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in the manufacturing industry,• Experience with competency-based interview techniques and assessment processes,• Able to work effectively on career portals and ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems),• Strong communication, research, planning, prioritization, and organizational skills,• Analytical thinking, solution-oriented, proactive, and open to learning,• Ability to follow market trends and new technologies and adapt quickly to innovations,• Fluent in written and spoken English.Your main tasks are;• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes in line with company policies and strategies and ensure the right candidates are hired for all positions.• Work closely with business units to understand workforce needs, clarify position requirements, and establish a common ground throughout the recruitment process.• Ensure job postings are published on appropriate platforms, applications are evaluated, and behavioral, competency, and skill-based interviews are conducted.• Utilize various research methods, networks, and tools to expand the candidate pool, create a strong talent pipeline, and attract the most suitable candidates.• Keep HR reports and candidate data up-to-date, monitor, analyze, and regularly report on recruitment process data.• Plan and execute career fairs, university collaborations, and internship programs.• Develop new collaborations with universities and career centers and effectively maintain existing relationships.What are waiting for you here !Applications that support your development• Participation in Job Orientation and AKSA Recognition Training specific to the process steps within the scope of job adaptation,• Opportunity to participate in personal development, professional development and leadership training within the scope of our Corporate Training Academy,• Outside fairs, training and company visit opportunities abroad,• Master's/PhD support program,• Foreign language support program,Work-Life Balance• The opportunity to work 4 days a week, which we implemented as a first in Turkey,• Private accommodation for employees,• Benefit package,• Aksa Social Event Team activities (Sailing, book, running, trekking clubs)• Service Opportunity: Asian side of İstanbul, On the Yalova-Kocaeli (Karamürsel-Gölcük-Başiskele)Recruitment Process• Receiving applications,• Preliminary evaluation to be made in line with the criteria,• Sending personality inventory and interview process to shortlisted candidates• English exam• Senior management meeting• Offer
