As we continue to grow our strong remote workforce in the Philippines, we are looking for a passionate and experienced Recruitment Specialist to join our team and help us attract top talent.Position Overview:The Recruitment Specialist will play a critical role in Scale-X Solutions' talent acquisition process. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of end-to-end recruitment experience, demonstrating expertise from sourcing to onboarding. This is an individual contributor role who's expected and responsible for utilizing various job portals and social media platforms to promote job openings, attracting & identifying qualified candidates while ensuring a seamless hiring process. The successful candidate must be proactive, capable of working under pressure, and an excellent team player - passionate to reach his/her highest potential.Key Responsibilities: • Manage the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates. • Develop and implement effective sourcing recruiting strategies to attract top talent. • Utilize job portals, social media, and other platforms to advertise job openings and identify potential candidates. • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop job descriptions. • Conduct initial candidate screening and coordinate interviews with hiring managers. • Send job offer emails and answer queries about compensation and benefits. • Act as a consultant to new hires and help them onboard. • Perform aligned to set HR metrics, including time-to-fill, time-to-hire, and track accurate source and demographics of hires. • Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future job openings. • Establish a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.Qualifications: • Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in end-to-end niche/corporate recruitment. • Relevant experience in sourcing and hiring Virtual Assistants is an advantage. • Ideally, must have experience (and with active talent pipeline) hiring for Building and Construction/Engineer roles similar but not limited to remote estimators, AutoCad drafter, structural designers, draftsman, etc. • Proven experience in utilizing job portals, social media, linkedin and other job platforms for sourcing and recruitment. • Excellent interpersonal and communication style to effectively converse with candidates and colleagues. • Proactive and self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Strong organizational and time management skills. • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills • Strong negotiation skills when discussing terms and conditions of employment. • High level of professionalism and integrity who can thrive in a full time Work from Home setup.What We Offer: • Permanent WFH (Remote) – Quarterly 5star hotel team meeting • Competitive salary M• Annual Travel incentive • Recruitment Incentive / placement fee / Performance Bonus • HMO 1st year of employment • RECRUITER RATE : 60K Base pay plus uncapped Placement IncentivesVisit these links to know more about our company and culture:Scale-X Linktree : https://linktr.ee/scalexoutsourcingsolutionsScale-X Website: https://www.scale-x.biz/ Conrad Incentive: https://youtu.be/5BJux2R9D1g Solaire Incentive: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=N60-S5a370o
