岗位职责 / Key Responsibilities负责招聘全流程，包括需求沟通、渠道筛选、面试安排与录用；Manage end-to-end recruitment process, including requisition, sourcing, interviews, and offers.维护招聘渠道和人才库，确保招聘及时性和质量；Maintain recruitment channels and talent pool to ensure timeliness and quality.提供招聘进度及数据分析，支持用人决策。Provide recruitment reports and data analysis to support hiring decisions.任职要求 / Requirements本科及以上学历，专业不限；Bachelor’s degree or above, any major acceptable.2年以上招聘经验，熟悉印尼招聘市场；At least 2 years of recruitment experience, familiar with Indonesian market.中文HSK4以上，能中英文三语工作；HSK4+ Mandarin, fluent in Chinese, English, and Bahasa Indonesia.沟通协调能力强，责任心强。Strong communication and sense of responsibility.
