We're also focused on automating our processes and using new AI tools to make our work even more efficient.What You'll DoYou will independently conduct in-house and freelance recruitments from A to Z, which means:Transforming business needs into compelling job descriptionsKnowing where and how to source the best talent using platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter and advanced Boolean searchesManaging the recruitment pipelines using our Workable ATSHandling all candidate communication, including offers, negotiations, and feedbackExpanding and growing our Monterail freelancers database (MTN) and conducting per-project hiresUsing AI in your daily work to help automate and optimize routine tasks like scheduling and generating personalized messagesPlanning and coordinating the best onboarding process for new team membersStaying ahead of the curve by keeping up with the latest trends and tools in AI-driven recruitment and sharing that knowledge with the teamRequirementsWhat We're Looking ForExperience: About 2 years of experience in IT recruitment, across different roles like development, sales, and project managementInterest in AI tools: You're genuinely interested in how technology, especially AI tools, can improve recruitment processes, and you know how to implement them in your daily work to be more efficientCommunication & negotiation: You're a great communicator who can build lasting relationships. You're also comfortable with candidate negotiationsAttention to details: You pay close attention to details and take pride in your thoroughnessMindset: You are a proactive team player with a problem-solving mindset, driven to make progress, and easily adaptable to dynamically changing business needs.
