Recruitment Specialist

Job Description:We are looking for a Recruitment Specialist who will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and onboarding. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment.Job Responsibilities:Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection.Handle multiple job openings simultaneously, ensuring timely and effective fulfillment of hiring needs.Collaborate with hiring managers to understand position requirements and align hiring strategies.Maintain candidate pipelines and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.Conduct market research and analyze recruitment data to improve hiring efficiency.Support employer branding and talent attraction initiatives.Job Requirements: Minimum 3 years of experience as a Recruitment Specialist handling end-to-end hiring processes.Proven experience managing a large number of manpower requests is a must.Experience in mass hiring is preferred.Fluent in English (spoken and written).Familiar with startup environments and able to work under tight timelines.Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.Able to join in less than one month.
