The Talent Acquisition Staff will be responsible for managing the full life cycle of recruiting, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring candidates. They will also be involved in building and promoting employer branding initiatives. Daily tasks will also include collaborating with department managers to understand hiring needs, maintaining candidate databases, and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience for new hires.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fieldExperience in Full-life Cycle Recruiting, Hiring, and Interviewing candidatesSkills in Employer Branding and promoting the company as an employer of choiceStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and collaboratively within a teamKnowledge of recruitment best practices and legal requirementsPrevious experience in the F&B industry is a plus
