Your responsibilities will include: Managing and owning the end-to-end recruitment process: screening, assessment, interviews, offer Defining sourcing strategies in partnership with Hiring Managers, including guidelines for agency use and final approvals Creating and posting job ads internally and externally (SuccessFactors, LinkedIn) Interpreting psychometric tools and applying results in behavioral interviews Proactively managing candidate pools for blue-collar positions and building talent pipelines aligned with business needs Ensuring timely and transparent communication with candidates throughout the process Participating in local events and projects to improve processes and outcomes Constantly seeking better ways of working and delivering outstanding results Who We Are Looking ForWe’re looking for a dynamic recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. You should bring: Excellent communication, collaboration, influencing, negotiation, and problem-solving skills Proven experience in blue- and/or white-collar recruitment, either as a recruiter or hiring manager Ability to manage multiple relationships across business units Comfort with Applicant Tracking Systems and data-driven decision-making Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize in a complex environment A holistic approach to blue collar employees talent acquisition Language proficiency: Dutch (C1) and English (minimum B2) What We OfferWe aim to lead the way.
